We are pleased to announce that Racheal Kuczma will be facilitating a focus group session for ADIESA members on 3 July, providing an opportunity to share insights and experiences on engaging effectively with Defence.

The session will centre on the theme Smart Collaboration – Partnering with Defence and will explore key topics including, but not limited to:

  • Procurement and ASDEFCON reform – What should industry know to help accelerate contracting and delivery?
  • Defence feedback priorities – How can industry support Defence’s goals regarding tendering, risk thresholds, and contracting templates?
  • Building sovereign capability – Strategies to strengthen Australian industry capacity and enable continuous capability delivery.
  • SME engagement – Exploring direct engagement with Defence/CASG and collaborative approaches with Primes.

This session is a valuable opportunity to contribute to a constructive dialogue aimed at improving collaboration and outcomes across the Defence-industry partnership.
