CIOG Industry Engagement Day
ADIESA is pleased to advise the following details for registration at the CIOG industry forum released by the CIOG this morning.

The Forum will see the launch of two significant Defence enterprise strategies, the 2022 Defence Information and Communications Technology Strategy, and the Defence Cyber Security Strategy. These strategies and their associated action plans provide guidance for Defence to be ready to fight and win in the digital age. Defence Industry Partnerships are critical to our success, which is why we look forward to sharing these strategies, along with a range of other priority programs with you.
Anticipated keynote speakers include:
- The Defence Chief Information Officer, Mr Stephen Pearson
- The Defence Chief Technology Officer, Mr Justin Keefe, and
- The Head of ICT Operations, Major General Murray Thompson
Event details:
Date: Wednesday 31 August 2022.
Time: The forum will run from 0930 – 1630, followed by a networking opportunity until 1730.
Venue: Adam’s Auditorium, Australian Defence Force Academy, Canberra.
Format:
Given the current environment, a determination will be made closer to the day about the appropriate number of in-person attendees based on demand and health advice. As a result, we have asked that you list your company registrants in priority order for in-person attendance, and identify if any of your registrants will need to travel to attend the event. Virtual attendance will be available for all registrants, with further information to follow.
